The Staff at the Rotana provide excellent customer service. Yara and the rest of the people at the front desk provided great customer service. I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant outside of the hotel. I recommend this property for great customer service.

We came from london with a few friends we were delighted to an absolute stunning hotel , we were welcomed to the hotel with great security at the gates which made us feel comfortable, the vip lounge was amazing and was comfortable and treated nicely by the female staff

After my vacation in my home country, I returned to the Rotana Hotel. After greeting the hotel staff who are like family, I took a rest and went to the Rotana Club on the 12th floor to have a glass of juice before going to bed. For business reasons, I often have meetings with many people at the Rotana Club, and the service of the Rotana Club staff always makes the meetings end on a good note. I am grateful for the kind help of the staff, including Jasmine and Yamen.
